Hi Theresa

I myself have just got a paypal  account and it is very easy to sign up.
First you need to sign up with a user name and password then you need  
to give them your banking info Transit # Institution # and account #
Then they will make a small deposit into that account to verify that  
it is yours in a couple of days you should see the deposit from  
paypal then you verify it with them and you are set up and ready to go
this could take 2 or 3 days to get verified .
