[muglo] Re: [OT] Convert Betamax Tapes to DVD

I don't know if this is practical but I know of someone who has done a 
similar conversion (I don't know the details); what they did was to 
project the original tapes onto a screen and then photograph the 
picture using a camcorder; it seems complicated to me but somehow it 
seems to work?

I gather it's very time consuming but ......
