[muglo] OS 9 PhotoStudio

I have a copy of PhotoStudio (OS 9) running under OS X.   It seems fine 
except that I can create Layers but cannot do anything with them!!!  
Does anyone know how to select a Layer to work wiyh it?  I can select 
the Layer in the List of Layers but it does not bring up a window to 
work with????

Any help would be appreciated as I would like to be able to create a 
collage of pictures and this seems to be a program to do this if I can 
work with the different Layers!!
