Hello Hawk,

You can go as high as 10.4.11 on that G4. Half a gig of ram would be no problem 
for OS X, but if you need more ram you can take it to 2gb max. Your computer 
should take PC100 SDRAM which costs about $60 for 512Mb. Also another nice 
thing about your system is that you could put Tiger on there and still keep all 
your Classic applications, just install Tiger as anupgrade. This all depends on 
how much room you still have left on your hard drive.
