[muglo] Re: News Readers

An RSS Mac-compatible application is Newsnetwire. A demo is available
at: http://ranchero.com/netnewswire/

Incidentally, llbert, thanks to your email I was motivated to download
and install Pluck in my VPC6 w/Windows 2000 Pro. I found that first I
had to have IE6 installed. I downloaded and installed the IE6 installer
but found that this required downloading files from Microsoft. However,
my link kept timing out so I returned to the Mac environment, launched
LimeWire, found a full (standalone) version of IE6 (for the PC), moved
it over to the VPC environment and installed. Then installed Pluck which
uses IE6 as a vehicle for displaying its content.

Actually, in the course of all this there were some glitches, but it all
worked out in the end.
