What's in the standards? I presume you're alluding to something, but,
what is obscured by a reference to nothing* (you should go into
politics, especially on the side of the Canadian Alliance** if you're
so inclined ;-).
*As most of us know when writing a paper it's easy to simply "cite" a
book if you're looking for a convenient fact but don't actually have
the original reference (and, it's also easy to catch those vague
references).
