I am sending this note out to be helpful not to condem and hope it will be
taken in that spirit!

Whenever you are Forwarding or Replying to a message it is not uncommon for
people to include an entire original message when one really only needs to
send a part of the original to which the sender is forwarding or replying
to; this saves the receiver having to scan through a lot of unnecessary
text!

I suspect that this is not done for one of two reasons: laziness (uncommon)
or lack of knowledge of how to do this. For the benefit of the latter
group, I give the following information:

To forward or reply to a portion of a message you have a choice of two
methods (it is a personal matter as to which method you use):

Method 1

Select the portion that you wish to transmit and then use the Reply or
Forward button (as normal) - only the required portion will appear in your
message to be semt.

Method 2

Use the Reply or Forward button as normal producing the entire original in
your message to be sent; this can then be editted in the normal way
including deletion of selected areas.

I hope that you may find this helpful!!!

This is helpful to the reader who receives your message as they don't have
to wade through a lot of unnecessary information!!

Anolther point concerning the Subject. Often when Replying to a message,
the original may contain more than one topic some of which are not
particularly pertinent to the original Subject!! When Replying, it would be
helpful to Change the Subject to reflect the topic of your reply!

All the best to all

Paul
