Doug:

I don't believe Gerhard will be able to attend that evening. Do you  
have the storage capacity for taping a portion of the meeting? After  
which, perhaps we could call upon those with some editing experience to  
be able to cut the taping back to some manageable excerpt. I don't  
think we need to preserve the meeting for posterity - it would be nice  
to see how it might possibly be incorporated in something like a forum  
site.
