OWC (Other World Computing) is my recommendation for upgrading G# &  
G4s. Their prices are good, delivery is cheap & fast & they really  
know their Macs. I have upgraded about 3 G3s & 2 G4s & the OWC Zifs  
worked fine.

As to Memory for your G3, sometimes you can get it from "Computer  
Liquidations" on Horton Street. Not all PC 100 memory is usable in a  
B/W, it should be two sided at least. HTH.
