Absolutely !

Others have complained on VersionTracker and elsewhere of this problem 
.  For the few junk items I receive, it's not worth the pain of using 
Mail's insensitive - or OVER sensitivity .  I kept finding it 'junked' 
quite normal messages from friends - which I missed until I happened to 
check the Junk Folder
