Of course. I could keep my existing data/phone plan terms, however. If I changed my identity and walked in off the street as a new customer, I could get the 4S for $59.99. In effect, that's what they do, as the $300 broke down as $75 for not finishing my 36 months, $60 for the new contract and something more($50?) to transfer that new contract to me, plus dealer prep, freight, tax, rustproofing, and other mythical charges.
