[muglo] Lower Speed

Since I recently upgraded to 10.3.9 I noticed that things seem to have 
slowed down!!  I guess the newer version has added some bells and 
whistles which I may not need!!  I imagine the problem is the lack of 
RAM - 128MB !!!

I don't know if it is worth upgrading RAM  or better to wait for a new 
computer in the future?
