If it is faded, it could just be a setting, or the spray jets aren't working. If there are cleaning instructions with the printer, check it out. Sometimes you have to do a head cleaning for it to work right also...Doug F.Doug, that's an interesting idea. In my case, it still prints but it is very faded. Theresa
