I do.  Have for about 6 years.  Last 3 as a dsl subscriber. 
Usually when you call you get a "real" living person at the end 
of the line.  They provide a variety of services one of them is 
definitely not web design! (even tho they may say they do).  They 
are helpful but not really Mac people.  Usually they get Terry 
Steeper to give them a hand with Mac problems when there are any. 
  Problems on the Mac side are generally few and far between.

I don't get a lot of spam coming through so they must be doing 
something right (or perhaps it me)

I believe Tee had some problems getting on line with them & 
although I have spoken to him since he switched/tried to switch 
I'm not sure if he has transitioned from Sympatico.
