[muglo] Re: Leading Zeros in Browser

Which web site? Perhaps the web site itself strips the leading zeros
(the ultimate test would be to try it on MS IE for Windows... if it
works there, it's a Mac-specific issue... if not, it's time to send
the company an e-mail).
