Liked your reply! You make some very valid comments. I was born 
and raised in northern Quebec during the "quiet revolution" of

I still disagrre with Chinese etc. - They may be dominant in the 
Toronto area however our language policies are set by Ottawa not 
Queens Park and Toronto our country does not make even if it 
likes to think it does. When taken in the context of the whole 
country Chinese labels are not justified whereas a case for 
French could be made since there are more and larger pockets 
through out the country including Ontario, New Brunswick and 
Manitoba.

I'm with you on the forgeign labels - the EC must have a fun time 
deciding what goes on!!

Enjoy your stay in Great Britannia - I wish I could do something 
similar, perhaps in 5 or 10 years or after I retire.
