[muglo] LaCie USB CDRW + Mac OS-based burning

If you have a LaCie USB CD-RW and are using Apple's built-in burning
software (Disk Burner or iTunes) in OS 9.1/9.2.0/9.2.1/9.2.2 it likely won't
work. The software doesn't actually support the LaCie 2/2/4 burner (it calls
it a 2/2/6). Plus, Apple's software is downright atrocious -- Toast 3.8 is
far better software!!!
