That was very interesting about LMUG Doug. I had kind of forgotten 
about that until I dug out the papers but a few others have mentioned 
it too.

I asked for Microsoft Word on my Mac and the 20-something kid selling 
it put MacWrite on instead. When I complained he told me that I 
wouldn't be able to understand the hard commands. Wonder where he is 
today?

Unfortunately I didn't keep an early members list when MUGLO started. I 
have a few later ones. I have all the newsletters. I had also forgotten 
that we had a couple of picnics on the farm. Because we were all so 
green in those days, Paul's Green Mac SIGS were a frequent feature in 
the newsletters.

If you want I can help do a comprehensive history but not right now. 
I'm too busy trying to sell our new cookbook for the International 
Plowing Match 2010, Flavours of Elgin. So Barry T (our printer) and I 
are into Dancing Beer Can Chicken this month.
