Thank you all for your help.  Actually I have just found the answer which I 
should have done in the first place - use the IE Help which told me exactly 
what to do!!!! 

Paul Well Paul, I guess you fall into the description of a real Mac user! 

Most manuals (read help files) are not written well.  What Mac user ever
really uses a Manual?
