I would also suggest Option #2

Look at "Internet Config" then (though, I thought 8.1 used "Internet") --
Internet is actually simply Internet Config repackaged & with a more
intuitive interface.

If you don't have Internet Config I haven't the foggiest notion as to what
OS 8.1 uses!!!

Users must send messages or replies to <muglo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

All messages are archived so that you can view them at any time by 
going to <//www.freelists.org/archives/muglo>

Problems concerning use of the FreeList should be sent to 
<paulthomas@xxxxxxx>
