Hi Brenda
Under the blue apple at left end of Menu bar, scroll down to System
Preferences and click. In the preferences panel click on Network. When the
next dialogue box appears, click on the tab PPPoE. When the next box
appears, click on the button PPPoE Options. Next will appear your connection
options, which you may select by clicking in the boxes on the left of the
options. For example, I have selected "Prompt every ____ minutes to maintain
connection." In the blank I have entered in 840 minutes (14 hours). You may
choose not to select to be prompted at all!
