[muglo] Internet Connection Warning

Hi - I am a brand new iMac owner and new to the world of Mac.

Can you tell me where I can adjust the time frame for that annoying  
little message that pops up and tells me that I am still connected to  
the internet and do I want to stay or be disconnected?

Also, I am used to saving my emails in separate folders so that I can  
remove them from my inbox and still keep them - is there any way to  
do that besides Saving As a rich text file?
