Open "Internet Connect" then click on the "Edit..." button. When the 
Edit window opens, click on the PPPoE tab. Then, when that window 
appears, click on the "PPPoE Options...". A set of options appear and in 
the second one you can enter the length of time before a termination 
prompt appears.
