Theresa, you're having EXACTLY the same problems I had. It worked fine=20=
from April 1st until mid June when msn took over. I found that sites=20
were suddenly blocked or they couldn't be found. For instance, I=20
couldn't get to dogpile and the last while I could only get to Muglo if=20=
someone else sent a letter and I returned it.
It was not the line. It was tested not once but twice and this is a=20
heavy line. Unfortunately we are 2 km short of express-vu. Don't waste=20=
money on testing. I used netscape (they suggested one version one time=20=
then they suggested another one the next time), then explorer, then=20
safari. They suggested mac mail but it only lasted one day. Then they=20
changed all my prefs and started again.
I would be willing to bet they're going to make the same dozen=20
suggestions to you that they did to me.
My solution - I switched to a dish, Lincsat. It's not cheap, I think=20
it's $79.00 per month but my blood pressure is worth something and=20
besides when you're in the country you don't have a choice. The dealer=20=
is Belmont TV, which is Bruce Eyre, 644-1444. I checked the one at my=20
neighbour's who also has a Mac before I dove into this. So yes, it is=20
Mac compatible. The only time I have a problem is when it is really=20
foggy.
