[muglo] Re: ISP Canada ADSL

Thanks to Doug and Tee for their advice on internet connections.  I 
have signed up with ISP Canada here in London for their adsl service. 
There's a minor technical blip that will likely get sorted out 
tomorrow, but other than that everything is fine so far.  It's so 
much faster taking the online course now.
