Toast is smart enough to modify the file names to conform to the DOS format
if you set it to 8.3. "Workshop 2files" would automagically get shortened to
WORKSHOP._2F or something like that. I've burnt files to ISO 9660 disk
before and had a Windows machine read them. For some reason I think ISO 9660
actually supports longer file names than 8.3 (on the right OS) but I could
be 100% wrong ;)

PS You may also have success running Apple's Disc Burner software. It's a
free download from Apple and works on OS 9.1 or later. It'll do ISO9660/Mac
hybrid disks (along with a few other formats)!
