[muglo] ISO9660 PC Folders extensions

I've been crusing the web to find out the right format for ISO 9660
PC folders, i.e. folders I would put PC files in before burning to CD
to then be transferred to a PC. Some of the info is quite technical,
but, am I correct in assuming that:

- as long as the filename is uppercase and 8.3 (see below)
- if the folder ends with $2F, or something like that, e.g.

WRKSHP.$2F

then it should be recognized as a folder by a PC and can be opened
and the files read within? Pls advise. Thanks.
