You should have a second CD with "Restore" on it.

Been too long since I had to do that, but there is a convert  
programme in Mac O/S. C'mon members, help is needed!
BTW you say "iBook", but it is most beneficial to tell which model  
etc. & which Mac O/S X. With that info there is probbaly a member who  
has the same CD.
