I use Sympatico, obviously. :-) Fast, reliable (usually). But if you 
can find a smaller, competitively-priced provider, consider that too, 
if only for this reason: The large ISPs are getting hit very very 
hard by Spam and virus mail. This is going to get worse before it 
gets better, and it will interfere with their ability to provide 
consistently good service.
