Tim: in this case you'll need an adapter to allow your 2.5" drive to
connect to the 3.5" drive connector. Take a look at

Alternately, consider a "small" 40 GB 3.5" drive. They're down to $50/
now and they'll be sooo much faster than your 6 or 10 GB laptop drive
(which'll be slow as molasses in January :-(. Of course, given that
you're connecting the HD to a USB 1.1 clamshell iBook the speed won't
matter (but, it will if you ever connect it to a USB 2.0 computer like
a Mac mini).
