[muglo] Re: HTML Messages

As you know, I use Entourage on OS-X set to html. I have no trouble reading
HTML mail, but others note that certain characters such as ?(apostrophes),
,(commas), ³(quotation marks) and ;(semi-colons) seem to get jumbled.
