[muglo] HELP Problem with new iPhone 3G

I'v had it exactly one week today
and it is now totally unusable it is frozen (LOCKED-UP)
All I get is the Apple Symbol I tried all the suggested resets anybody hav=
e
any ideas=20
Rogers was no help and Apple Canada had no record of my iPhone (phone #)
