Hi Barry,
    While I see that you have solved your problem, I must inform you that I 
suspect Netscape
6.1 is probably the culprit. There have been many posts on Delphi.com about the 
same issues,
particularly regarding printers & the moderators have warned that "6.1"  is 
still a "Beta"
programme.
