[muglo] HELP NEEDED

Can someone help me with this issue?
When using Microsoft Word or Entourage, I sometimes click on HELP and then
on Help Contents.  A menu drops down on the left side of my screen.
However, when I am done, I can¹t get rid of  it.  It happens in both
programs and I have no way do deal with it besides closing down the program
and opening it again.

Is there another way to get rid of the help contents portion as it blocks
everything behind it.
