[muglo] Re: Group E-Mailing

I used to get this message all the time along with "you must check for new
messages first" Then I changed ISP's and no more problem. While I had the
problem, I would simply move the message from the outbox to drafts, perform
a send and receive mail routine, then resend the message from drafts.
