[muglo] Re: Greg M developed MOSPS

I have a MacBook Pro and I like it very much. Making a DVD is not the
overnight rendering job that it was on my Powerbook and it runs photoshop at a
very fast pace, faster than my G4 Powerbook but apparently slower than G5
machines, that will be fixed when the universal version of Photoshop is
released in the next month or so. The issue of the video card is not an issue
if you are doing photo or video editing, the faster video cards really only
benefit gamers that need to redraw the screen 100+ times per second the
cheapest video cards available now would provide all the power that Photoshop
or iMovie needs. The other area were a better video card is needed is if you
are planning to get a really large monitor like the 30" Cinema Display HD.

P.S. If the buying fever is not too bad might as well wait and save the $150 or
so that a new version of OS X will set you back
