I use pre-perforated greeting card stock from Staples. The sheets
come pre-scored for folding.

Some programs, I think Appleworks might, have established templates
for various Avery products. I used Freehand to build a template page.
At one time I used inDesign. both allowed setting up multiple page
documents. I haven't poked around in Pages at all for that kind of
thing yet.
Why are Humans the only primates with chins and nuclear weapons?
