[muglo] Freeway Express

I've already heard back from Softpress Sales.  Freeway Express 4 is 
indeed $99, and "includes all the FAST packs as standard."

Freeway Express 3.5 is more expensive because the FAST packs come 
separately, and is a "bit of extra effort to support."  The rep would 
prefer I purchase  4.
