They've come down in price a bit (you can probably get 0.5 GB XD
nowadays for around $80), but, compared to SD or Compact Flash they're
waaaaaay overpriced [the joys of proprietary formats] (I prefer CF
simply because of the size... the other formats are simply "too small"
to handle comfortably (plus, you can get HDs in compact flash size)).
