[muglo] Flash anyone?

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate venue for this, but I'm  
looking to touch base with an experienced designer who can produce  
Flash ads as companion pieces to print work I'm directing. The files  
must comply with technical standards as per guidelines issued by the  
host sites. This means that a dash of dweebdom is essential.
