[muglo] Finder 10.3

I had to reinstall OSX 10 and downloaded the upgrades (10.3.2).  For some
reason Finder stayed at 10.3 and the forward/back arrows are not visible.
I¹m sure they were there before.  Now it merely says back, view and action.
Can someone help me with this?
