...by simply reading down a couple of extra lines and removing the "=" signs
and other extraneous stuff (i.e. "=20"). I added the <> signs here to hold
the whole URL together (a good practice as it keeps the whole URL clickable)

I notice some emails in the MUGLO list usually contain odd characters thrown
in willy-nilly; I would guess it has to do with some users choosing to use
odd fonts or HTML formatting in their emails, which then gets messed up when
the message gets to the list....

Regarding the Dell laptop: knowing the track record for Dell's customer
service (does it actually exist?), plus the fact that one would have to use
Windows (in one of its iterations) I can't imagine why any Mac-user would
even consider this laptop, especially considering how OSX in its current
form (Jaguar) and upcoming version (Panther) ROCKS!

That will be 2 cents, please. :)
