[muglo] Express Modem

Hi
My Express Modem Control Panel (v. 3.1.3) will not open, though the icon
greys out as though it was trying to do something. The Modem itself
works fine but I wanted to see what my setting options are. I expanded
my screen size in case it was appearing off-screen, but nothing there.

Any idea what the problem might be? The other Control Panels work fine.

My Mac is a Performa 6400/200 with 88 MB RAM and running MacOS 9.0.4.
