For me, the acid test here is www.borderlineups.com

Safari STILL does not display the live video on the Pacific Highway
Camera... IE "kinda" does while iCab. Netscape and Camino all do flawlessly.
Given that IE does display the video at least partially, one would have
thought that safari would at least equal it instead of leaving you with a
blank, broken window.
