[muglo] Epson Printer S/W

I am using an Epson Stylus Colour 600 printer.

When I wish to print a document the dialogue sometimes uses Black as the
defaultor Colour, depending upon the program being used.  Does anyone know
how to change the Default 'colour' for all documents within a program??
