[muglo] Re: Epson C64 Printer Problem

I don't have this make of printer, Bob, but I have some suggestions
for printer troubleshooting generally:

1. Look at the printer manual. If you don't have one, you can
usually download it off the company website. I find answers for a
lot of error messages, etc. can be found in there. Also, the company
website may have faqs regarding the printer that may help.

2. It could be a simple problem like the paper tray needs to be
readjusted or the cartridge needs to be repositioned. I would also
try that. Again, the manual may help.

3. If it appears to be hardware based, rather than software,
perhaps it just needs servicing. I have taken my Brother printer to
LBM, which is on the corner of Third and Oxford. I don't know if
they service Epsons or not--you can phone and check--519-681-7562.
