[muglo] Epson 740i cartridges

Anyone know if these cartridges can be refilled? Any experience?

(I've seen a 'Universal" refill kit at Office Depot, supposedly three 
refills, for about the same price as a new S020189 cartridge, but it 
only mentioned 740, not 740i)
