Theresa, you have already answered your question, but I don't think =20
you realize it yet.  Your burner is a CD-RW/DVD-RW burner.  You are =20
inserting DVD+R media which your burner does not support.  The plus =20
and minus in the description is a significant difference!  Sell the =20
blank DVD's you have to a friend (who can use them) and get a package =20=

of DVD-R disks.  That should solve your problems.
