[muglo] Dictionaries

I need to use a British English Dictionary in Apple Works.  I find that 
this does not exist but that I can create a User Dictionary by 
importing such a one.
I also notice that this Mac Mail programme has available a British 
English Dictionary.  Does anyone know if one can access this dictionary 
to make a copy of it to put into Apple Works?  If so, where is it?  Or 
alternatively is there somewhere else that one can get such a 
Dictionary??
