[muglo] Dial-up Problem

I have just switched to Rogers HS and disconnected my telephone dial up
cable, but, when the computer starts up it still tries to dial up -
which of course fails and it tells me so!!!  How do I stop  this?  It
is not in the start up items.  Working with OS X 10.3.  Can it be
disabled somewhere in the systems folder?
